Tomato Soup with Thyme Tarhana (12+ Months)

This soup, of course, is not like the classic tomato soup. Nothing was fried in oil, it was not thickened with white flour. Ready-made tomato paste was not used. Wheat germ was added as a nutrient . For flavoring, I think the most suitable spice for tomatoes, namely thyme, was chosen. Be sure to try this healthy tomato soup with a delicious taste for babies over one year old.

Materials

  • half an onion
  • 1 clove of garlic
  • 2 medium size tomatoes
  • 1 tablespoon of olive oil  (Click here to buy )
