Red Quinoa Soup (8+ Months)

"What is quinoa?" I want to start my recipe with the question. Its origin is South America, its history dates back to ancient times. It can be counted as a grain. It does not grow in all climates, so it is a hard-to-find food. Quinoa grains contain high levels of iron, calcium, protein, magnesium and zinc. The protein content is very high; There are 13.10 grams of protein in 100 grams . It is fibrous, intestinal friendly. Gluten-free, Gülten is a super alternative for allergy sufferers. Cooking logic is similar to rice. It can be boiled and added to soup, fruit, salads, and pilaf can be made. It does not have a dominant taste, it goes well with any food.

Red Quinoa Soup will be a nutritious soup for our baby. Enjoy your meal.

Materials

Fabrication

  • Quarter onion and garlic are cut into cubes and sautéed in water.
  • Then add half a tomato grater and cook.
  • Then add red quinoa, which has been soaked in water for 1 hour and washed cleanly. (Rinse with a strainer as the grains are small).
  • It is cooked by adding 1-2 teaspoons of water.
  • When the quinoa is cooked, we close the bottom of the dish and move on to another pot.
  • In our other pot, we melt the butter and turn our flour once or twice.
  • Then add 1.5 tea glasses of water and mix until it boils, we get a thick water. This process both complements the carbohydrate value of the meal and achieves a consistency that babies will love.
  • We add the cooked mixture of quinoa and the germ to the pot, in which we obtain this thick water, and cook for another 5 minutes.
  • Mint is added to the cooked food and fed to babies with pleasure.
