Potato Kapuska (12+ Months)

Our work titled "For the sake of potatoes and minced meat, cabbage is eaten with care".

For mothers whose babies do not like ground meat; The best way to include ground beef in soup is to cook it separately with cumin and add it to the meal later, so that the ground meat does not scare the dish.

Note : Cumin helps the digestion of food.

Warning: While applying this recipe, make sure that your baby is not allergic to meat and its products.

Materials

  • 1 leaf of white cabbage

  • quarter onion

  • 1 clove of garlic

  • half a potato

  • 1 tomato zest

  • 1 teaspoon of wheat germ

  • 1 teaspoon olive oil

  • 1 pinch himalayan salt

  • Walnut-sized double ground beef mince

  • 1 pinch cumin

Fabrication

  • Cabbage is washed cleanly and chopped into small pieces. Potatoes, onions, garlic are cut into tiny cubes.

  • Tomato grater and all the chopped vegetables are cooked with water at a level that will pass the ingredients by 2-3 fingers.

  • Meanwhile, ground meat is cooked in another small pot. If the minced meat is out of the freezer, we will thaw the minced meat by cooking it with a small amount of water on low heat without waiting. This is the most correct way of thawing minced meat.

  • While the ground beef is thawing and cooking, a pinch of cumin is added.

  • The food is cooked a few more times with the addition of olive oil, salt, wheat germ and cooked minced meat. When it is warm, it is fed to babies with pleasure.
