If you're not sure your cornmeal is organic, use whole wheat flour instead.



  • Let me boil the rice in 1 glass of water.

  • On the other hand, let's mix corn wheat flour with yogurt in another bowl.

  • When the rice is cooked, let's add 4 tablespoons of the rice's warm water to the yogurt mixture and mix.

  • Then slowly add this watery and yoghurt mixture to the pot with rice.

  • Let it cook for another 5 minutes with the addition of olive oil.
