You can try the Yogurt Milkshake recipe that you can offer to little gourmets over the age of 1.


  • 60 cc formula milk/continuation milk (We were allergic to milk, if you started, you can use cow's milk.)

  • 30 cc of homemade yogurt (2 tablespoons)

  • 1 teaspoon of honey

  • 4-5 chopped or grated walnuts

  • half a banana


  • Take all the ingredients in a bowl and blend.
