What Is Gluten, What Is It Not?

Gluten; It is a vegetable protein found in wheat, barley and rye.

The main diseases that require the elimination of gluten from the diet; celiac disease , non-celiac gluten sensitivity , and wheat allergy . Apart from these cases, there are studies that unconsciously, for example, gluten-free diet for weight loss may increase the risks of developing type 2 diabetes, colon cancer, obesity and cardiovascular diseases, especially due to insufficient fiber intake.
