Walnut Cilantro Yogurt (9+ Months)

Our yogurt meal today was walnut and coriander. These three foods go so well together. We add walnuts and a pinch of freshly ground coriander to your yogurt and enjoy it.

The benefits of coriander do not end with counting, but let's talk about the two most important benefits for our babies. The first is its relaxing effect on the intestines and the second its appetizing feature.

Note : In some sources, it is stated that walnuts are given to babies over the age of 1, and in some sources over 8 months. So I acted on my instincts and started when I was 9.5 months old. Considering the risk of allergy, I say start giving walnuts, ladies.

Materials

  • 100 grams of homemade yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon of ground walnuts
  • 1 pinch coriander

Fabrication

  • We whisk our yogurt a little and make it thick.
  • We throw the coriander into our yogurt and mix it.
  • We sprinkle walnuts on it and feed it to our baby.
