Half a tea glass of breast milk / 60 cc, that is, two scoops of formula milk / half a tea glass of cow's milk for over one year old
Vegetables are washed, peeled and cut into small pieces.

Soup cooked in this amount is two servings. You can put half of the soup in a small glass jar and keep it for the next day.
