Vegetable Soup with Milk (6+ Months)

In this recipe, babies older than 8 months can also add wheat germ to the soup like us.


  • 1 potato

  • 1 carrot

  • 2-3 florets of cauliflower

  • half stalk of leek

  • 1 tablespoon of semolina

  • 1 teaspoon olive oil

  • Half a tea glass of breast milk / 60 cc, that is, two scoops of formula milk / half a tea glass of cow's milk for over one year old


  • Vegetables are washed, peeled and cut into small pieces.

  • Water is filled to the level of 3 inches above the vegetables taken in the small pot and cooked.

  • Close to cooking, add semolina and olive oil.

  • The soup is then blended.

  • Soup cooked in this amount is two servings. You can put half of the soup in a small glass jar and keep it for the next day.

  • Put the other half in a bowl and wait for it to cool. After warming up, add the appropriate milk that the baby drinks to the soup.
