TARHANA SOUP WITH GREEN LENTILS (8+ MONTHS)
It was a great recipe to switch to grain foods, and believe me, it tasted great too. If we don't have tarhana, why would we save grainy things or things that our babies don't eat, right ladies?
▪️2 tablespoons of green lentils
▪️1 clove of garlic
▪️1 teaspoon of Unsalted Capia Pepper Paste
▪️2 tablespoons of Chef Mother Baby tarhana
▪️1 teaspoon of olive oil
▪️2-2.5 tea glasses of water
▪️1 teaspoon of tea spoon of mint
▪️1 teaspoon of wheat germ
▪️Bread crusts for topping (I used our Baby Bread Mix)
▪️If we do not have the opportunity to soak them overnight, boil the green lentils in a coffee pot or a small pot for 15-20 minutes until cooked, drain the water. (For such recipes, you can cook it in large amounts, separate it into portions, and put it in the freezer in a refrigerator bag.)
▪️ In another pot, cut the onion and garlic into tiny cubes and sauté them with water in our small pot.
▪️Then put olive oil, tomato paste, germ, Cooking Mother Baby Tarhana and 2-2.5 tea glasses of water into the pot and cook by stirring.
▪️Then add the lentils and cook.
▪️When the food is cooked, you can add mint and baby bread crunches according to your preference.
