Purslane Puree (8+MONTHS)
▪️1 handful of purslane
▪️Quarter medium sized potato
▪️1 clove of garlic
▪️1 teaspoon olive oil
▪️1 teaspoon Çoruh Valley Rice
▪️1 teaspoon wheat germ
▪️1 teaspoon T capia pepper paste (baby) PREPARATION
Wash and chop all the vegetables and put them in a mini pot.
Add the baby paste, germ and washed and drained rice to the mini pot.
Cook the ingredients with enough water to cover them by 2 fingers.
When the cooking process is finished, add olive oil and mash it with a fork or blend it.
Note: When purslane is not in season, you can use vegetables such as leeks and broccoli instead, using the same recipe.
