Peach; It is a juicy and fibrous fruit with a taste that babies will love, containing rich minerals. It also contains vitamins A, B and C.
- 1 cup of yogurt
- 1 peach
- 2 teaspoons of molasses
- Peaches are peeled and grated.
- Puree and juice are separated by a strainer. (It comes out about half a tea glass of water, I took the peach juice into a glass, covered it with cling film and put it in the fridge, I will make the pudding with peach juice soon)
- Puree and yogurt are also taken in a bowl. If desired, molasses is added and fed to babies with pleasure.
