Remember that this cake is a great finger food. The dough that comes out with these measurements is less than the dough from which classical cakes are made. So use a smaller mold.
- Eggs are whisked in a mixing bowl with a fork.
- Then yogurt is added to olive oil and mixed again.
- Finally, all the remaining ingredients are taken into the mixing bowl and the mixture is whisked until it becomes homogeneous.
- The mixture is poured into molds greased with olive oil and an egg brush and sprinkled with flour, and baked for 20-25 minutes in a preheated 180-degree oven.
