Cauliflower is one of the rare vegetables that goes well with ground meat. I wrote it as it is 8+ months in terms of ingredients, but if you do it as in the recipe, it's 12+ months for eating difficulties. You can pass it through a blender or mash with a fork and make it suitable for 8+ months.
Materials
2-3 florets of cauliflower (handful)
quarter onion
1 clove of garlic
1 medium tomato grated or 1 tablespoon of homemade tomato sauce for over 1 year old
1 tablespoon of black bulgur
1 teaspoon olive oil ( click to buy )
Walnut-sized double ground beef mince
1 flick cumin ( Click to buy )
Fabrication
Quarter onion and garlic are cut into mini pieces and sautéed with WATER.
Then tomato grater or sauce is added.
Cauliflowers are chopped into small pieces and black bulgur is added together.
On the other hand, ground beef the size of a walnut, taken out of the freezer, is thawed and cooked in a mini pot with very little water over low heat. (This is the best way to defrost the minced meat.) Cumin is added when it is close to cooking.
When the food is almost ready, the cooked ground meat and olive oil are added to the dish, and it is cooked for a few more minutes.
When it is warm, it is fed to babies with pleasure.
