Meat Sauce (12+ Months)

A meat alternative with a nice taste that you can give bites to with a meal or soup… You can also use this sauce on pasta for older babies. In addition, you can mix it with the cooked food later so that the dishes do not smell of ground beef.

But don't call this the mince sauce recipe we know. Every detail, from thawing the ground beef to how the onions will be cooked, will be cooked with the healthiest formula for babies. The month of starting tomato is written differently in each source. Although I recommend it for one year old, if you have already started tomato, you can think of this sauce as +8 MONTHS.

  • The onion is cut into mini cubes and sautéed with WATER in our mini pot. (So ​​it is cooked with 1 cup of water.)

  • After the onions are sautéed, it is started on LOW fire and the walnut-sized minced meat from the freezer is thrown into the pot WITHOUT thawing.

  • Cook on low heat with the lid closed until the minced meat dissolves and changes color.

  • Then tomato sauce or diluted house paste is added.

  • After 1-2 minutes, add cumin, salt, thyme and olive oil.

  • The onion is cut into mini cubes and sautéed with WATER in our mini pot. (In other words, it is cooked with 1 cup of water. After the onions are sautéed, it is switched to LOW fire and the walnut-sized minced meat is thrown into the pot without thawing. then cumin, salt, thyme and olive oil are added.

  • Cook until these flavors are mixed together, that is, about 2 more minutes.

  • When it is warm, it is fed to the little ones with pleasure.
