Leek Soup (8+ Months)

Leek is a vegetable that children do not like in general. By using the leek in the soup, you can feed it and make you love it.



  • Leeks and cabbage are cut into tiny pieces and boiled in water that is 2-3 inches above the ingredients.

  • Then tarhana is taken into a tea glass, cold water is added and mixed.

  • This mixture is added to the soup and cooked on low heat.

  • Then the minced meat is cooked in another saucepan over low heat with the addition of a small amount of water and thawed. Add tomato sauce for over 1 year old.

  • Butter and cumin are added to the minced meat.

  • When the minced meat is cooked, it is added to the soup and cooked for 2-3 more minutes, served with the addition of mint.
