Babies who will start pasta for the first time will swallow slightly watery pasta more easily.) Pasta does not consist of flour and water, as is thought. Pasta is obtained from durum wheat with high protein content and does not increase blood sugar quickly.

Pasta; It contains vitamins such as thiamine, riboflavin, niacin, pyridoxine, folic acid and minerals such as potassium, magnesium, copper, zinc, selenium.


  • 1 cup whole wheat pasta with mixed vegetables

  • Hot water to reach the level of the pasta

  • 2 tablespoons of homemade winter tomato sauce

  • 1 teaspoon of butter


  • Take the pasta in our small pot and add hot water up to the level of the pasta.

  • Then add tomato sauce and butter that is close to cooking and cook for 10-12 minutes on low heat.

  • If the water is not completely drained, but the pasta is cooked, close the lid of the pot and let the pasta absorb a little more water.
