Buckwheat Mung Beans (12+ Months)



  • Mung beans are soaked overnight. If you haven't soaked it, boil it for 5 minutes, leave it in that hot water for 15 minutes and drain the water.

  • Onions are chopped into small pieces and sautéed with water.

  • Then, mung beans, buckwheat and 1 tablespoon of tomato sauce are added and cooked with water at a level that will pass the ingredients by 3-4 fingers.

  • On the other hand, frozen ground beef is taken into another small pot and thawed with a small amount of water, 1 tablespoon of tomato sauce and cumin over low heat and cooked.

  • When the beans are cooked, a mixture of noodles, butter and cooked ground beef is thrown into the pot. The noodles will be cooked after 7-8 minutes. The dish is ready when the noodles are cooked.
