Banana Smoothie (12+ Months)

This smoothie contains many things that support the immune system. Vitamin C, ginger, honey… It tastes great too, what more could you ask for. Only put a little ginger, your baby may not like its dominant and bitter aroma. If your baby doesn't like this taste, try it without ginger and start with small amounts and gradually get used to it.


  • 1 banana
  • 1 small sweet orange
  • 1 cup of homemade yogurt
  • 1-2 pinches of ground ginger (preferably freshly ground)
  • 1 teaspoon of honey


  • Bananas and oranges are peeled and cut into several pieces.
  • All materials are passed through a glass washer.
