BANANA BREAKFAST (8+ MONTHS)



MATERIALS:
 
  • 1 tablespoon baby semolina (semolina flour) 
  • 1 glass of water
  • half banana
  • baby curd cheese
  • half egg yolk
  • 1 teaspoon grape or mulberry molasses or carob extract 
 

PREPARATION:
Cook 1 tablespoon of baby semolina with 1 glass of water in a coffee pot or mini pot until it reaches the consistency of pudding.
Mash the banana with a fork.
Mix all the ingredients together.
Depending on your baby's eating ability, you can add 2 tablespoons of warm water and blend the mixture.
