Baked Brussels Cabbage (8+ Months)

With this recipe, there will be no baby who does not like Brussels sprouts. It definitely tastes great. Now I will give you the amount of material as 1 portion for babies. But I think you can increase the portion and cook for the whole family.


  • 7-8 Brussels sprouts
  • 1 teaspoon of butter
  • Half a cup of milk for 1 year old
  • Handful of grated cheddar cheese


  • Cabbage is cleaned by cutting the root and discarding the last 1-2 leaves, and after washing it well, it is divided into 4 lengthwise.
  • Cabbages are cooked in a small pot with very little water (about half a tea glass) over low heat. If you are not going to add milk, a little more water can be added.
  • Cabbages should have no water left in the pot close to cooking. In the meantime, add half a tea glass of milk (do not put milk for under 1 year old) and butter. Cook for another 1-2 minutes.
  • The food is taken into a container suitable for the oven, and placed in the oven at 180 degrees with a grated cheese, and cooked until the cheeses are melted.
