Wheat and Meat Soup (8+ Months)

This soup is the cure for babies who are rightly bored with unrelated vegetables, plus ground meat, plus blender-style classic baby soups and are about to get cold from meat. It is also a very healthy and nutritious recipe.

Warning : While applying this recipe, make sure that your baby is not allergic to meat and its products.

Note : If olive oil is used instead of butter in this recipe, milk becomes an allergic recipe.

Materials

  • 1 teaspoon of butter

  • 1 teaspoon heaped whole wheat flour

  • 2 teaspoons of water

  • 1 handful of beef sauteed or cubed meat

  • 1 teaspoon heaped cracked wheat (remaining from homemade flour)

  • basil

Fabrication

  • First, let's boil our meat in a small saucepan with plenty of water. If we are going to use the water, let's add lemon or vinegar so that the calcium in the meat passes into the water.

  • Melt the butter in a separate small saucepan. Add the flour and make it pink.

  • Let's add 2 tea glasses of water (those who use meat juice should put meat juice here) and mix until it gets a consistency.

  • Then add 1 teaspoon of cracked wheat and cook for 10 minutes.

  • Then, let's add the well-cooked meat to the soup by shredding it or cutting it into small pieces.

  • When the food is cooked, let's add basil to the lambs to drink.
