Coriander Bean Soup (8+ Months)

Coriander adds a wonderful flavor to bean soup with its pleasant aroma. Moreover, it is a very useful spice for babies… I can briefly summarize the benefits of coriander as follows;

- It makes you hungry and makes easier digestion.

- Removes intestinal gases.

- Relieves abdominal pain.

- Prevents vomiting.

NOTE:  I recommend grinding dried coriander seeds fresh with the mill.

Materials

  • 1/4 onion

  • 6-7 fresh beans

  • 1 teaspoon brown rice

  • 1 teaspoon of wheat

  • 1 teaspoon of semolina

  • 1 teaspoon of butter

  • 1 teaspoon coriander

Fabrication

  • Saute the mini chopped quarter onion with water.

  • Then add the tiny cut beans and wheat and cook for 10 minutes with water.

  • Then add the rice. Fill the ingredients with warm water up to 2-3 inches and cook.

  • Add the semolina and butter and cook for another 3-4 minutes.

  • Finally, blend it.

  • Add coriander and feed your baby with pleasure.
